As each piece is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. (We do not offer refunds)

Exchanges

 If any mistakes are made from our side (quality of clothes), or if the sizing does not meet the customer's requirement we would love to help you. Items may be returned and exchanged with the same item but in a different size. In the event that the item does not meet customer size requirement This does not include sale or promotional products. If the item does not have the exchangeable size in stock then a credit note will be issued. Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice or receipt.) and notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the items. Tags must be intact and item must be in salable condition. No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty. The delivery of the exchange item need to be sent to HAYAQI by the customer. The shipping of the exchange and custom tax for international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and has to be approved beforehand by HAYAQI. *Refunds on faulty items bought through sites or stores other than HAYAQI are the sole responsibility of the company selling the item and are not the responsibility of HAYAQI.

*Items purchased online through our official site cannot be returned through the store or any other third party

Returns 

All HAYAQI garments are hand made by local artisans in Bali using skills passed down through generations so every piece is completely unique. Each piece is thoroughly checked by our perfectionist Quality Control team before packing and shipping. However, in the unfortunate case of a defect/faulty item (i.e. with unintentional holes, running dye, torn hem, etc.) bought online through our site and are not the result of customer mistreatment are refundable. Photos of faulty items must first be approved by our customer care consultants before the refund can be processed (email us at orders@hayaqi.life). 

Please note: 

- Once the item has been received back refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. You will then receive a refund receipt via email. Please keep all communications throughout the process. 

- The item must be unworn with all original tags on. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs. - We do not offer refunds for returned items; however, we provide store credit for the returned product(s).

- Store credit can be used to make future purchases on our website. - If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at orders@hayaqi.life along with the issue with the items received. 

- Customers opting for an exchange will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We deduct bank fees, our shipping expense plus customs fees as we pay here in Indonesia on a return been made by you, so we highly recommend to use less then 10 USD value on a return been made by you to avoid more deductions.

Discounted & Sale Items

Any pieces bought on sale or discounted prices cannot be exchanged or returned.

Color & shape issues 

Items where the color or shape did not meet your expectations will not be refunded or accepted as returns. This is because we dye all products the natural way, and the color can vary depending on the season or the specific process used. In some cases, you may be able to exchange items for a different size or request store credit, but any delivery and processing fees will be deducted from the credit.
