Hey curious voyager! We are Aaqib & Livy, HAYAQI's founders and partners in life. Together, we represent 6 cultures and languages. And whilst we honour our roots, we have a passion for exploring cultures across the world. Transcending and harmonising cultures is deeply embedded into our DNA: learning and sharing the stories from each unique culture honouring the traditions and stories, whilst modernising our interpretation of it, translating into timeliness threads, timeless tales for the curious voyagers.
What Is HAYAQI?
HAYAQI is a global-ethnic fashion brand that embodies the balance between tradition and modernity. Inspired by the Arabic word "Hayat" (life) and the Chinese concept of "Qi" (vital energy), HAYAQI embodies a harmonious blend of cultures and a celebration of life's journey and what makes us feel alive.
With a focus on quality local materials, playful designs, and thoughtful details, HAYAQI offers pieces that are both comfortable and stylish, invoking stories to be told and journeys to be taken.

We launch limited edition, small-batch capsule collections, with each collection focused on a different culture we love. No two pieces are the same: every single item is unique, and tells a story.
Preserving traditional craft, and following ethical practices is important to us. We collaborate with local artisans, honor cultural heritage and knowledge, and emphasize collaboration with local communities across each step of the HAYAQI process.
