If any mistakes are made from our side (quality of clothes), or if the sizing does not meet the customer's requirement we would love to help you with exchanges. Items may be returned and exchanged within the same item but in a different size, in the event that the item does not meet customer size requirement. This does not include sale or promotional products. If the item does not have the exchangeable size in stock then a credit note will be issued.
We have a 14-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return. Tags must be intact and item must be in salable condition, meaning that they must be unworn. We do not provide reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty. The delivery of the exchange item need to be sent to HAYAQI by the customer. The shipping of the exchange/return and custom tax for international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and has to be approved beforehand by HAYAQI.
